renaming categories

Ave Demetrie :) I thank you for correcting the Latin names of those authors and the corresponding cotegories, but next time please, if you can, put in the old, renamed category the template {{Delete|renamed category}}, so a sysop (i.e. me) can later find and delete these categories; there is no point in keeping them. Lex Bellomontis

Ave Demetrie! You changed the title from the name universally used for this text which is in French (Loi de Beaumont) to a self-developed Latin one. I question whether this makes sense, but if that is the accepted policy of this project, fine. But then it should be changed either to "Lex Belli Montis" (because the text itself in the first paragraph calls the name of the place which in French is called Beaumont as "Bellus mons") or to a Latin name mentioned in literature which is Lex Bellimontis (Cordes, Handwörterbuch zur Deutschen Rechtsgeschichte, Art. Loi de Beaumont). I also am not clear what the grammatical logic would be of saying "Bello". I do not think I have the right or skill to change an article name, so if leave it to you if you should be convinced. Phraster (disputatio) 18:22, 5 Augusti 2024 (UTC)

It was over a year ago, I don't remember very well. The form "Bellomontis" is found in Medieval Latin, as GoogleBooks shows. I think it should be changed to "Leх Bellimontis", if it is accepted Latin name.
