* I would like to see activity in the Page namespace before appointing anyone as sysop on any Wikisource project, and use of the 'patrol' functionality to demonstrate ability to verify text's. I did not see any such Wikisource activity in any language on [[Special:CentralAuth/Grind24]]. Did I miss where you are active? <br/> Latin Wikisource only has occassional problems with spam, which can be (and often is) dealt with by global sysops whenever local sysops are not around.
