My first work here would be, if you agree with such an idea, to build a "it-edit-style" gadget, so that with a click into preferences it.source users could run the same tools that they are daily using ''at home''. In the same time, such a gadget would give an opportunity for users of different projets, to take a look to "italian tools style" while working into a familiar project. :Sounds good, go for it (as you probably know, you are unlikely to get a lot of comments and though I hope you get a few more I think you should do this now). Generally, "if there are no objections" is plenty of notice here.
