:Hi {{Ping|Barbaking}}, I get the same error with a PDF with Acrobat. Using Mac Preview, the image is missing, no error warning. On .epub it is ok, albeit the image is left aligned, which looks a little odd (it would be better centred by default I would suggest – I guess that is for the export devs tho!). :Update, {{Ping|Barbaking}}: I applied your new header template to [[Ólim]] so I can access the PDF export easily, defined a cover page, and exported .epub and .pdf – the .epub again is fine, but the PDF has the same error.
