Descriptio
English: Portrait of Agostino Valier (1531-1606), Italian cardinal and bishop of Verona. He was born in Venice on April 7, 1531. He became a doctor of canon law. In 1576 he requested that the Jesuits be called to Verona to found a school.[1] He died in Rome on May 24, 1606
